Hester's Hats.

 Hello my Quilty friends. Today I am sharing this cute Halloween wall hanging, called Hester's Hats. I found a kit at the local quilt shop and it kept calling me back. I knew I had to buy it and started it right away! 

This is my favorite hat. I just love the floral fabric as the background. Most the fabrics in this quilt are Tim Holtz. The only fabric I changed was the black border. The kit had an orange plaid, which I thought was too much. I used a black sparkly fabric.

In this photo you can see the fun design I chose in the quilting.

You can really see it on the orange backing. This was left over from another project. 

I love how this quilt turned out. It was fun and quick to put this together. I have it hanging up and it makes me smile every time I walk by it.
