Best of 2017 linky party.

Hello my quilty friends. This is for the linky party over at MeadowMist Designs- Cheryl is hosting the best of 2017 linky party.

I joined in last year and it was fun looking back at all I did, as well and reading other bloggers post of all the wonderful inspiration out there in blogger land!

So here are my top 5 favorites.

1. Ripple
I made this for my daughter for her dorm room. She loves it and I love seeing her use it! You can see more of this quilt here.

2. Rah-Rah quilt.
I love how this quilt turned out. I made it to use at my daughters soccer games....I do have to say it comes in very handy on the cooler fall days!  You can see more of this one here.

3. Meadow Mystery quilt
I LOVE the colors of this quilt! It was my first time doing a mystery quilt and  definitely not my last....it was so fun. You can read about it here.

4. My first bag

This was such a challenge for me but, I did learn so much! I do not take many classes. I am super happy I took this one. Love how this bag turned out. You can read more about it here.

5. Twinkling stars.
I just love how this turned out, The colors are just gorgeous in real life and can not want to see the reaction from the people that I gift it too.

So there it is, my top 5 for 2017. There are a bunch of quilts and projects in-between these, which were fun for me  to look back at. Even if you don't find time to post be sure to look back at you 2017 posts and see all that you have accomplished. It is fun!
Wishing you all a happy, healthy and quilty 2018!
Hugs, Heide

  1. I really enjoyed seeing your year-end review. Your bag is beautiful! I'm intimidated by even picking out a pattern, but maybe that would be a great challenge for me for this coming year! Hope your 2018 is terrific!
